Lee C. Ashe is an award-winning Chef with over 25 years of experience and was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She has dedicated her career to bring nothing but the best to your table. Our Chef is well-traveled with extensive knowledge in Mediterranean/European and American cuisine. At Copper Sky Steakhouse, we believe that exceptional service is just as important as exceptional food.
